We all have woolly garments that we can’t bear to part with as they bring back happy memories, but are no longer worn. Instead of hiding them away, add them to a unique crochet blanket that will get seen and used, and become a treasured item.

This pattern is designed as a guide only. The size, colour and design of your Blanket will need to be adapted depending on the garment and yarn used.
Blanket is made up of 2 Motifs. One Motif is worked in crochet throughout. The second Motif is worked around a Square cut from your chosen garment.

MATERIALS
Any DK yarn in colours to complement your chosen garment; we used:
UK Alpaca Baby Alpaca Silk DK
2 balls of Blush Pink
UK Alpaca Superfine Alpaca DK
4 balls of each:
Rose Pink
Moss
Sapphire
A 4mm (US G/6) hook
A 2.5mm (US C/2) hook
Large sized jumper or cardigan

TENSION
Tension is not critical for this project, but it may affect the yarn quantities required

MEASUREMENTS
Our Blanket measures 166x117cm (65.25x46in); the size of your Blanket will depend on the number of squares you cut from your garment
