This top-down sweater is knitted back and forth until the V is completed then stitches are redistributed as it is completed by knitting it in the round. The stripe effect is achieved by working the darkest skein in the fade along with the lighter skeins. The fade kits give. you total control as to how to match up colors on the sleeves as well. The V neckline is completed with an I-Cord.

The knitting goes really quickly as you watch the colors emerge. This particular sample in size medium was knitted using 1 Merino Cloud Fade kit in color 750.
