Valley Bridge Afghan
The Valley Bridge throw is a great open, lacey design, that is easy enough for a beginner crocheter to make, but fun for a stitcher with more experience. It makes for great crocheting while watching TV or chatting with a friend.
4 sizes are available: 30” (crib), 36” (toddler / lapghan / throw), 48” (twin bed), 60” (double bed) for width, times how ever deep you’d like.
Caron One Pound yarn was used, which comes in a 16 ounce (453.6 grams) skein & is a 100% acrylic. You will need approximately 1 (2, 3, 4) skeins. For the two larger sizes, you will only use about half of the last skein. Any worsted weight yarn can be used. You will also need an H (5.0 mm) crochet hook, or hook needed for gauge.
Pattern uses basic stitches such as single crochet, double crochet, & the V stitch.
