Construction:
A washed and blocked big gauge is essential for this pattern. Everything else is easy to make and you knit to know knit and purl, yarn overs and dropping stitches. The top is knitted bottom up. The body is made in the round first up to the arm holes and then back and front separate and flat. There is slight shaping for a flattering slight A shape. There is not much arm hole shaping. The top has tailor shoulders, meaning straight cast off at the front and shaping only at the back. The neck edge and the arm hole edges are picked up and knitted in the round.
