You won’t find a nicer knit jacket than Vega.
Vega is knit using brioche stitches, making the jacket incredibly warm and chunky. Brioche stitches are pretty easy to work with but takes a little longer than garter and stockinette stitches. However, it’s knit on a 10 mm needle (US 15) in Woolpower Big, so it’s still a fast project :)

The button loops are crocheted onto the jacket.

Pattern information
The jacket is knitted in brioche in one piece up to the armholes. The sleeves are knitted on a circular needle using Magic Loop. All parts are assembled and raglan decreases are made.
Buttons are sewn to the front border and loops for button holes are crocheted.
