The poncho is knit in two pieces from the bottom up, shoulders are seamed with a three needle bind off.

Stockinette stitch showcases the lovely bottom border. This stitch pattern uses a cable needle to hold stitches for wrapping. Side edges have a slipped stitch edge resembling I-cord. The garter stitch mock-turtleneck finishes with an I-cord bind off.
