Finished dimensions:
Completed Hat: 16 inches (40.5 cm) head circumference with fabric relaxed. Will stretch to fit up to about 21 inches (53.5 cm) head circumference.
Completed Fingerless Gloves/Mitts: 7 inches (18 cm) hand circumference, and 6.75 inches (17 cm) long. Will stretch to fit up to about 8 inches (20.5 cm) hand circumference.
