This hat can be done on ANY EVEN NUMBER Circle Loom.
The stitches used does shrink the hat a bit so use a larger loom than desired size. the loom used in the photo is the Youth hat loom for 7-12 year-olds. The finished project fits small child hat in photo is snug on my 4 year old

Materials
1 Skein Caron Simply Soft in Red (color 1)
1 Skein Caron Simply Soft in Black (color 2)
Any even number peg circle loom.
Knitting Hook Crochet Hook Row Counter -optional Scissors
