Pattern consists of double crochet neck border followed by chain 5 loops with outer border consisting of treble crochet stitches and picots. Collar is adorned with 3 roses with faux pearls in center and tied in place with 2 ribbons.

Collar is 17” at neck edge, 3 1/4” deep, 6” in diameter and 24” in diameter on outside.
