Viljo mittens are a funky combination of garter stich and stamen stitch. The different textures are separated by tiny cables making a zig zag pattern across the mittens.

US 7 (4.5 mm) dpns or a long circular needle for magic loop. Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain the right gauge.

9 sts x 17 rows = 2x2’’ / 5x5 cm in stamen stitch, worked in the round (after blocking).
