A decorative stranded hat with bands of complimentary designs. In two styles, choose the close fitting beanie or the longer slouchy hat. With several motifs, the hat is a great project for the knitter who is newer to stranded knitting.

Sizes:
Child (Adult Small, Adult Large)

Yarn:
1 skein each of 3 colors of West Yorkshire Spinners Signature (100% British wool, 437 yards / 400 meters, 3.5oz/100g)
Shown in Pacfic, Cardamom and Cornflower.

Needles:
16” (40cm) US3 (3.25mm) circular needle or size needed to obtain gauge.
16” (40cm) US2 (3mm) circular needle
US3 (3.25mm) double point needles.

Gauge:
26 sts and 32 rows to 4”/10cm in washed and blocked colorwork pattern.

Pattern is fully charted. There are no line by line instructions for the stranded knitting.
