Vintage Girl Pillow
This pattern now includes two pdfs: one for the original blue pillow and one for the updated pink version. I have listed the pattern details for both of the “Vintage Girl” pillows here. If you would like to use a different yarn and want your pillow to be the same size as mine, compare the yd/g to determine if it would be a good substitute.

For the pink pillow (18 by 18 inch):
Materials: 4.00 mm crochet hook, scissors, tapestry needle, 18 by 18 inch (45 by 45 cm) square pillow insert, 5 buttons (1.5 cm in diameter), and yarn
Yarn I Used: Hobbii Rainbow Cotton 8/8 Yarn (100% cotton; 75 m (82 yds) / 50 g (1.76 oz) skeins): 2 old rose, 2 army green, 2 beige, 2 petunia pink, 3 pastel pink, 2 pastel yellow
Gauge: 16 sts and 7 rows = 4 inches (10 cm)
The gauge provided is measured with U.S. double crochet stitches worked in rows.
For the blue pillow (14 by 14 inch):
Materials: 3.5 mm crochet hook, scissors, tapestry needle, 14 by 14 inch (35 by 35 cm) square pillow insert, 5 buttons (1.5 cm in diameter), and yarn
Yarn I Used:
Rowan Summerlite DK (100% cotton, 142 yd/ 50 g skeins): 1 favorite denim (teal), 1 summer (mustard yellow), 1 fuschia (bright pink), 1 powder pink (light pink)
Patons Grace Cotton DK yarn (100% cotton, 137 yd/ 50 g skeins): 1 natural (cream) and 1 black
Gauge: 19 sts and 9 rows = 4 inches
The gauge provided is measured with U.S. double crochet stitches worked in rows.
