There’s nothing
better than pulling on a warm woolen
sweater in the winter when the sun is low
in the sky and the air is crisp. It may come
as no surprise that I have long been on
the hunt for the perfect cardigan sweater.
I wanted something warm but not bulky, a
sweater with interesting cables that curved
where I curve. I think Vintage Port is that
sweater. This open sweater is great for
layering and flattering your curves. It is
meant to be worn with 2-3 inches of
positive ease and offers a bit of waist
shaping for an hourglass effect. It is knit in
pieces and seamed. Short rows are worked
at the back of the neck to create the stand
up collar.
