Vintage Sunshine Blanket
I had the urge to plan another blanket and inspired by lovely vintage type colours in the Syylecraft range, here it is!
The patch design is a circle in a square design and, joined together in the join as you go method.
Use my colour suggestions or use your own, a great way to use up scrap yarn!
Makes 99 patches, worked 11 by 9.
Worked with a 4.5mm Hook
Special stitches used in are a puff stitch in alternate rows in each patch to give a lovely raised effect.
Patches are joined using the join as you go method.
Tutorial and pattern, and my making experience, over on my blog!
