A sweet blanket that features a diamond flower motif and colour work. This blanket can be made from yarn of any ply or fibre. It can be sized to individual preference, by working the simple eight round repeat as many times as desired. It works up very quickly and is advanced beginner worthy.

The pattern includes detailed instructions for constructing 4 repeats, and simplified instructions for constructing additional repeats.

The example blankets - refer to images - use either DK or Worsted weight yarn, of between 230g to 600g in total. Details are provided within the pattern instructions for yarn and hook size for these projects.

Tip: if your blanket takes the appearance of ‘turning’, work 1 to 3 rounds of each repeat on the reverse side. This isn’t an issue for all makers, however it will solve the problem for those whom it occurs for.
