Slip Stitch Rib on 4.5mm needles after blocking.

Needles: 4.5mm / US 7 circular needle, 80cm / 32” length or longer and needles suitable for working small circumferences in the round
3.5mm / US 4 circular needle, 80cm / 32” length or longer and needles suitable for working small circumferences in the round
Always use a needle size that will result in the correct gauge after blocking.

Notions: Stitch marker, 4-5 buttons (20-25mm / 3⁄4-1” diameter), stitch holders or scrap yarn, tapestry needle

Notes: Viridian is a V-neck cardigan worked seamlessly from the bottom up, with a subtle slip stitch rib pattern. The lower body is worked flat in one piece, then split for the upper fronts and back.
The shoulders are joined with a three-needle cast-off, and then sleeve stitches are picked up and worked in the round to the cuff. Finally, the button band is picked up and worked in ribbing.
