Vitamin Sea Sweater
With my VITAMIN SEA sweater I hope to bring late summer vibes to your closet! The delicate, yet warm fabric made from pure virgin wool and the three quarter length sleeves make a perfect combo for a sunny but windy day at the beach.
Even when the days start to become colder again, you can wear VITAMIN SEA as a layering piece under a jacket or cardigan, since the sweater is super light and thin.
VITAMIN SEA is worked seamlessly from the bottom up. After the shoulder seams are closed with the Three Needle Bind-Off, you pick up stitches along the armhole to create sleeve caps using German Short Rows. The sleeves are then worked in the round. They give this sweater its lovely fit.
For me wearing this sweater definitely extends the summer feeling while we transition slowly into fall with our beloved sweater weather.
I hope you will like it just as much as I do! Happy knitting!
