A snuggly, reversible, shaped, convertible cowl-hood that is just the thing for keeping the chill away! This pattern includes instructions for a one-size-fits-most cowl in two gauges/styles.

The Sportweight version (shown in mustard, Blue Sky Alpacas Melange) is warmer and more suited to snuggling up on cold nights -- the fabric is stretchy but more substantial.

The Worsted weight version (shown in emerald, Spud and Chloe Sweater) is more open and very stretchy, an all-seasons accessory with less insulation. The gauge for the worsted yarn is 16 sts and 16 rows = 4 inches on larger needles (10cm) in twisted rib.
