This is a crochet pattern to create a voodoo doll companion. It can be used as a functional pin cushion, or just for some quirky decor!

The pattern comes with instructions to create the original doll or the bunny variation. The original doll is approx 4.5 inches tall and the bunny variation is 6.5 inches tall.

The sample was made using Lion Brand Vanna’s choice which has since been discontinued. It can be replaced with another aran weight yarn, or even a worsted weight (which will result in the toy being slightly larger than in the original pattern).

Materials Needed:
3.75 mm hook
Worsted weight yarn in two colors
Scissors
Tapestry needle
Polyfill stuffing
9mm plastic safety eyes
1 button (any size or color)
optional - red felt hear

Techniques needed:
You should be familiar with working sc in the round and also how to do hdc and dc stitches.

It is recommended to use the inv dec technique to minimize gaps.
