wakaba
wakaba is the simple loose sweater with block check pattern. I named it “wakaba”(sprout) as the color reminds me the light green sprout.
As always my design is very easy and simple, this pattern is worked from top-down, in the round.
I used 2 fingering weighted yarns held double, so the total weight would be the same as DK. You can either use 2 different yarns enjoying the color mix or one single DK yarn.

1: Light green cotton yarn
2: White ribbon yarn
325g about 780m
Suggested yarn
2 fingering weight yarn held double or 1 DK yarn
total length 730(780/930/1010)m each
Needle size: 2.5 mm of circular needle
Gauge: 23sts×32rows= 10 cm in block check pattern
Notions: Stitch markers and tapestry needle
