Sizes: Head circumference of 20-22”/51-56 cm (22-23.5”/56-59.7 cm)

Yarn: 150(175) yds/137(160) meters of worsted weight yarn. Shown using Kismet Fiber Works Pamiri Worsted Weight (140 yds/450 m per 100g skein), 100% Goat - Cashgora. Color: Natural Brown, 1 skein. As each Tajiki woman spins a different thickness, the Pamiri skeins are created by measuring 100 grams. Skeins can vary with more yardage making them more of a heavy DK through Aran weight. I feel like the skein used for this design was a heavy worsted to light aran, and thus, it is extremely important to check your gauge.

Needles: US#5/3.75 mm (US#6/4.0 mm) & US#8/5.0 mm 16”/40 cm circular needles & a set of US#8/5.0 mm DPNs, or size needed to obtain gauge.

Gauge: 20 sts/30 rounds (18 sts/28 rounds) = 4”/10 cm, using smaller needles, in 1 x 1 ribbing in the round. 16 sts/24 rounds = 4”/10 cm, using larger needles in stockinette in the round. Gauge is critical for this project and will affect the finished size.

Notions: 1 stitch marker and a tapestry needle.
