24 sts & 36 rounds / 4” in stockinette stitch using larger needles.

Needles
US #2 / 2.75mm & US #4 / 3.5mm
(or as required to meet gauge)

0 to 2 yrs: 16” circulars and DPNs* in each size.
4 to 10 yrs: 16”, 24” circulars, and DPNs* in each size.
XS to XXL: 16”, 32” circulars and DPNs* in each size.
3XL to 6XL: 16” and 48” circulars and DPNs* in each size and 24” circular in larger size.

*Magic loop technique, with a single long circular needle, can be used in place of DPNs.
