These pretty textured socks have a hidden message. They are comprised of small triangles facing up and down, the alchemical symbols for the elements of water and fire. Whether you connect to these opposing elements or not, the surface they create is unique. Once you get familiar with the different triangles, it’s easy to customize the socks by working them in a different order or changing the leg – or foot – length.

NOTES

The socks are worked cuff down and have a heel flap and gusset.

You can easily alter the length of the leg or the foot by playing with the triangles. You can add more or less reps at any point in the pattern (just keep in mind it affects your yardage as well).
