Waterlands is a circular yoke jumper featuring an abstract colourwork pattern. It is worked in one piece in the round from the top down, and has a relaxed neckline. The pattern was originally published in issue 31 of Pom Pom Quarterly, but has since been updated to include instructions to make either the original relaxed, bracelet length sleeves, as well as standard full length sleeves.

Finished chest (fullest point) measurement: 88 (96, 108, 116, 126, 136, 148, 159)cm / 34¾ (37¾, 42½, 45¾, 49½, 53½, 58¼, 62½)“ – to be worn with 5-10cm / 2-4” positive ease

Gauge: 20 sts & 26 rounds = 10cm / 4” over both stocking stitch and colourwork in the round on 3.75mm needles, after blocking.

Needles: 3.25mm / US 3 circular needle, 60-100cm / 24-40” length AND knitting needles suitable for working small circumferences in the round

Always use a needle size that will result in the correct gauge after blocking.

Notes: Waterlands is worked in the round, from the top down, in one piece. The increases are incorporated into the pattern of the seamless yoke and the length of the sleeves and body can be easily adjusted by knitting more or fewer rounds of stocking stitch.
