Watermark
Perfect for a walk along a blustery beach, Watermark is a tunic-length sweater with raglan sleeves and A-line shaping. The oversized cowl neck is worked in a simple lace pattern which also borders the hem and the deep cuffs. Worked flat and seamed for strength and structure, it works up quickly in worsted weight yarn. Designed to hang past the hips and kick out from the body to give a slim look to the hips and legs.
#sizeinclusive to a 63” / 160 cm finished chest measurement.
This knitting pattern includes written directions, both lace chart and written instructions, a schematic with measurements, and tutorials for bias bind off, picking up stitches.

Substitution Notes
Choose a worsted weight yarn. Original was a superwash wool that works up at 4.5 to 5 sts per inch (2.5 cm) on 4.5 to 5 mm (US 7-8) needles. Wools and wool blends will substitute well. For plant fibres and acrylics, knit a large swatch, block it and hang your swatch to assess.
Techniques
Increases/decreases, bias bind off (optional), working simple lace pattern from chart or written instructions, basic raglan sweater construction, worked flat, bottom up, seamed, picking up stitches, cowl neck worked in the round.
