I used Vanna’s Choice Solids in the following colors for my Watermelon:

• Color 1: Kelly Green (10 yards)
• Color 2: Peapod (less than 5 yards)
• Color 3: Raspberry (10 yards)

Plus some scraps of black for embroidering eyes and seeds.

This is an Easy-level pattern. Skills you will need include single crochet, increases and decreases, color changes, and single crocheting into the bottom of a foundation chain.
