CONSTRUCTION
This sweater is worked seamlessly from the top down. It features Stockinette Stitch and a lace pattern. The back yoke is worked first. Then left and right fronts are picked up from the shoulders, worked down the body and joined to form the neck. The body is then worked in the round and finished with a ribbed hem and a sewn, tubular bind-off. Once the body is finished, sleeve stitches are picked up and sleeves are worked in the round top down. The sleeves are finished with ribbed cuffs. The neckline is worked last and finished with a ribbed collar. The textured stripes can be worked in one or two colours, according to taste.
