The Wave cardi is knit in the round from the top down with a steek for the opening in front.
Begin by knitting the yoke, then separate into body and sleeves, which are knit separately. At the end cut the steek, and knit button bands and neckband.

16 sts and 19 rows on a needle size 4.5 mm in color work knitting with one strand of each yarn held together = 10 x 10 cm. Wash the swatch before measuring, as the fabric will loosen in wash.
