Wave Catcher Shawl
The Wavelength stitch pattern is perfect for asymmetrical shawl designs, especially when knitted with a variegated yarn. Techniques used in this design include increases, decreases, I-cord edging, and a simple cable that creates an elongated stitch. Skill level for the shawl is easy or advanced beginner. With the right yarn colors, the shawl will remind you of waves bouncing against the shoreline—at least that was my inspiration!
