I designed this tight-fitting pullover to go with jeans, or more classically a simple pencil skirt, such as the Pennant Pleated skirt (page 38). This vintage jewel neckline requires a three button closure in the back to be able to fit around the head. Please note that sizing is small because it is intended to fit quite tightly, at least two to three inches smaller than you actually measure- even up to five or six inches smaller!
