Wavy Infinity Scarf
Wavy Infinity Scarf is made of a stunning slip-stitch pattern that is surprisingly easy to create. It’s worked in the round to create a warm and cozy double sided fabric that can be worn as a long tube scarf or as a cowl. It starts with a provisional cast-on and when the knitting is completed, both ends are grafted together. Two colors are required to create the scarf but each section of the pattern can be made with different colors, making it an ideal stash-buster. Gauge, needle sizes, dimensions and yardage can vary - the ones given are based on the pictured scarf.
Adaptable scarf:
- You can work the scarf with as many colors as desired.
- You can make the scarf shorter to create a simple cowl, or wider by casting on more stitches.
- You can omit the provisional cast on and sew both ends together instead of grafting.
Difficulty:
Advanced beginner (k, slip, working in the round) or intermediate (provisional cast on, grafting).
