The Wayfarer Vest utilizes a simple garter rib pattern to show off the rich fabric texture created by holding one strand of Wool of the Andes and one strand of Palette together.

This project is worked from the bottom up. The pocket linings are knit first, then the body is knit flat to the joining of the linings and up to the armholes. The two front sections and the back are worked separately to the shoulder. Stitches are picked up for the collar, front bands and the armholes for a clean finish.
