These wee little loafers are a smaller version of the original Woodland Loafers and just like the adult version they also include heel, toe and sole shaping.

Knit both flat and in the round there is absolutely no finishing required.

Materials:
Aran or heavy worsted weight yarn: 50 (70, 85, 100, 110, 125, 140)yds / 46 (64, 78, 92, 100, 114, 128)m
3.75mm / US5 DPNs (or long circular needle for magic loop)
2 stitch markers

Gauge:
20sts x 44 rows = 4”/ 10cm in garter stitch
20sts x 32 rows = 4” / 10cm in stockinette stitch
Gauge is very important and will affect your finished item.

Size 1 (2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7)
Sole length: 4 (5, 5.75, 6.25, 6.75, 7.5, 8)” / 10 (12.5, 14.5, 16, 17, 19, 20.5)cm
To fit US child shoe size: 4-5 (6-7, 8-9, 10-11, 12-13, 1-2, 3-4)
To fit UK child shoe size: 3-4 (5-6, 7-8, 9-10, 11-12, 13-1, 2-3)
To fit EU child shoe size: 19-20.5 (21.5-23, 24-25.5, 26.5-28, 29-30.5, 32-33, 34.5-35.5)
