This cute western style poncho is an easy pattern, suitable for an intermediate crocheter or an adventurous beginner. A simple but interesting top down, no seam pattern.

It calls for Lion Brand Homespun yarn, a soft medium weight yarn and a size K crochet hook. It makes a nicely draped soft, comfy poncho. Nice and warm for fall.

The size of the poncho in the picture is 24 inches wide and should fit most women. It’s easy to change the size though.
