This is smart little design inspired by the timeless look of Chanel’s famous little jackets.
I called this design “Westminster” mainly because of the lovely muted shading of this particular yarn, reflecting the hues of The Palace of Westminster.
The main stitch used is a simple 2 row broken rib pattern, with striped garter stitch curved borders. So fairly simple knitting but achieving a striking look.
Yarn used:
King Cole Drifter DK
4 (5, 5, 5, 6) 100g balls in shade New Orleans 1365
King Cole Majestic DK
1 (1, 1, 1, 1) 50g balls in shade Black 2640
1 (1, 1, 1, 1) 50g balls in shade Cream 2642
