This past winter seemed to last forever!

My two children were so cold this year - and scarves just did not do the trick.

I designed these for them and this is the larger version (there is a toddler version available on Ravelry too).

You can easily fold the ski hat / balaclava up into a beanie / toque when the weather is warmer. It can be made in a solid colour or multiple colours. The pattern is written to give you the stripes in the multiple colour version.

It is easy to crochet and comfortable to wear.

The eye section can be pulled down to allow your nose to be exposed or even to fit under your chin.

I’m happy to help,
