This is a one-skein project. A funky hat for a child who likes to twirl. Also could be done with tassels and contrast color edging. Sizing is easy to adjust in round 7 by subtracting or adding stitches. Rounds are worked either in one loop or both loops of the worked stitch to form horizontal lines and texture.
