Whisper of One is a small scarf pattern designed to make the most of a single 100g skein of fingering-weight yarn. With a simple, rhythmic repeat and a subtle twist in construction, it’s an easy, satisfying make that turns one special skein into a wearable favourite.

MEASUREMENTS
Your scarf may have different measurements as it will depend on the number of reps you are able to work. Sample measured flat after blocking.
Width at middle - 20cm/8”
Length - 140cm/55”

YARN
1 x 100g skein of fingering weight yarn (#1)
The sample was made using Miss la Motte Yarns, Linum, 90% SW Merino / 10% Linen, 360m/394y per 100g, color Shipwrecked

HOOK
4mm (US G-6) crochet hook (or size needed to obtain gauge)

GAUGE
10 pattern repeats and 16 rows to measure 10 x 10cm (blocked)
Gauge/tension is however not critical for this project.
