Whitman
Whitman is a sideways shawlette worked up in the gorgeous greens of TurtlePurl’s Pillow Talk - the colorway is “We Were Looking For Leafy”.
Named for Walt Whitman and his poetry collection Leaves of Grass, this is the third of the Seven Sonnets.
This is a charted pattern that includes twisted stitches and reverse stockinette.
The shawlette can be made smaller by eliminating one set of repeats and would then use a standard 400 or so yards.
