Wigglytuff's Star Mobile
My first grandchild was due to be born at the end of August 2017. The bump is called Wigglytuff and named after a Pokemon character. I’ve designed and made this mobile to hang over Wigglytuff’s cot.
The mobile is made with 6 padded stars, each with a bell on the bottom hanging from a metal ring. It’s made with scraps of 4 ply yarn, I used Fyberspates Scrumptious 4 ply which I had left over from some of my blanket designs.
I have used assorted rainbow colours, however you can use any colours you wish.
You will need
120 gms approx of 4 ply/fingering yarn, I used 6 different colours
Crochet hook in size 2.5 mm, or size needed to achieve a tight tension.
100 gms of stuffing
One 9-inch metal craft ring to hang the stars on.
6 small metal bells (optional)
One small metal ring to hang the mobile from.
A sewing needle.
Approx 10 gms of DK yarn.
The pattern contains ……
Written and charted Motif instructions in US and UK terms.
