Wiima Scarf
Wiima is a lightweight, minimalist scarf. The eyelet rows at both ends add lightness and visual interest.
The scarf is worked flat in garter stitch with yarn held double. Increases at the beginning and decreases at the end of every other row create the diagonal pattern across the scarf. To achieve neat edges, slip the first stitch of every row knitwise with the yarn in back. The stitch count remains the same throughout.
Any yarn can be used for this pattern, but note that changing the yarn and/or needle size will change the total amount of yarn needed.
