This cowl represents Colonial Williamsburg with motifs from the historic Governor’s Palace flooring, the skyline, the ornate gates found throughout the gardens, and pineapples - the international sign of welcome found all over the city.

2 Hanks of Tulip Roots (pink) and 1 hank of Plum Cake (orange) will make both the hat and cowl.
