SKILL LEVEL: Intermediate
In this pattern, you will need to know how to knit i-cords, fisherman’s rib stitch, German short rows, decreases, pick up stitches, as well as feel confident following written patterns carefully. Techniques are thoroughly explained, which makes this pattern perfect for knitters who enjoy learning new techniques and unique construction.
DIMENSIONS:
This knitting pattern will create a scarf that is approximately 16” (40.5 cm) wide at the hood, 7” (18cm) wide and 42” (106.5cm) long when measured from the top of the head to the bottom of one side.
MATERIALS:
Originally Lovely Fluff Yarn (shown in the color Charm): 5 balls / approx 640 yards / 250 grams
Size US 8 (5.0 mm) circular knitting needles - 24” or longer, for main portion of scarf
Size US 10 (6.0 mm) knitting needle - any length, only for i-cord bind off
Stitch markers
Tapestry needle to weave in ends
