Tension
Using 4mm needles, two pattern repeats of the main waves stitch pattern, measure 10cm wide and 9cm long after blocking.

Pattern Notes
This shawl is knitted sideways in one piece with the scalloped border worked at the same time.

Charts only - Edging section:
Once you’ve finished casting off four stitches, you have one stitch left on your right-hand needle. This will be the first of the two knit stitches. If you look at the number of stitches for the edging stitches, this will help. The written instructions help with this.
