The Winter Carnival cowl is the sister pattern to the Winter Carnival Hat. It features a lighter DK version, as well as cozy Bulky version. This beginner friendly stranded colorwork cowl is knit in the round from the bottom up. It features an easy beginner friendly color work chart with only 2 colors per round.
