CONSTRUCTION OVERVIEW
• The sweater is knit seamlessly
• The knitting begins with making the two sleeves which start at the cuff and end by creating the saddle shoulders. Stitches are picked up from these saddles and cast on for the neck then knit back and forth, top down until the underarm, where the live stitches are held to complete the front in the same manner. The back and front are joined in the round and knit until the bind off after the bottom ribbing. Stitches are then picked up from the neck (including live stitches from the ends of the sleeve/shoulders) to make the collar
• The sweater is wet blocked after completion, and the ends are sewn in.
Sizing (dimensions taken flat after blocking)
XS: 22”W chest x 22”L(front)
S: 24”W chest x 23”L(front)
M: 26”W chest x 27”L(front)
L: 30”W chest x 28”L(front)
XL: 32”W chest x 28”L(front)
XXL: 34”W chest x 29.5”L(front)
3XL: 36”W chest x 29.5”L(front)
4XL: 38”W chest x 30”L(front)
5XL: 42”W chest x 30.5”L(front)
Intended ease: The sweater is worked with 10 - 12” positive ease. For example, a size M with a bust if 36” will have a finished bust of 48” circumference (24” flat). Which is 12” of positive ease, if you wish to have a more fitted sweater size down
