This cozy cabled cowl is a sister pattern to my Winter Kiss cape. It features the same cable and wrapped stitch details as the body of the cape. With two repeats it can be a cozy, close to the neck cowl that’s perfect windy days or shoveling snow. Three or more repeats will produce a roomier cowl with more drape.

This cowl uses an i-cord cast on and bind off to create a polished and finished look on the top and bottom.

This cowl used about half a skein of Malabrigo Arroyo, leaving the other half to make the matching mitts, Winter Kiss Mitts.
