Cozy and soft, this crocheted scarf features an all-over scallop pattern that is easily memorized and great for beginners. It’s perfectly paired with Ryberry Yarns’ 100% Merino DK weight yarn, which works up quickly into a squishy, delightful accessory.

Construction Notes:
This scarf is worked in two halves from the center out. The reason for this is to have the shells facing the same direction when the scarf is hanging around the neck, and to make sure that both edges are bordered with scallops for a pretty finish.
You will work the first half, fasten off, then go back to the opposite side of your first row, join your yarn there, and repeat the instructions as for the first side.

This scarf pattern was included in the September 2017 shipment of KNITCRATE CrochetCrate.
