Winter Sunset Shawl
The dynamic Winter Sunset Shawl is worked back and forth in rows, beginning with a few cast-on stitches and increasing at one side to create an asymmetrical triangle. The stripes are worked in a combination of stockinette, garter-stitch, and a slip-stitch pattern using three colors of a cozy worsted-weight wool.

Finished Size 52” wide, 55” tall, and 72” along diagonal shaped edge.
Yarn Brown Sheep Company Nature Spun Worsted (100% wool; 245 yd 224 m/3½ oz 100 g): #N21W Mallard (dark teal; MC), 3 balls; #N20W Arctic Moss (light green; CC1), 2 balls; and #N17W French Clay (orange; CC2), 1 ball.
Needles Size 8 (5 mm): 32” circular (cir) and two double-pointed (dpn). Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain the correct gauge.
Notions Markers (m); tapestry needle.
Gauge 16½ sts and 32 rows = 4” in garter st.
