Winter Wonderland pillow
I love this winter wonderland decor. So I designed this beautiful cushion with a snowy landscape as decoration in winter for your home.
This pillow is made with the same technique used for Mochila bags. You have to crochet this pillow with two colors at the same time and with the ‘yarn under’ technique. I expect that you know this technique.
I have also added a diagram/graph of the front and back of this pillow in a different file. (Winterwonderland front and back)
The pillow will be approx. 26 cm/10.2 inch high and 36 cm/ 14.2 inch wide
Level: intermediate (if you don’t know this technique or don’t like a lot of counting, then I advise not to buy this pattern)
The stitches that are used are:
American: Single Crochet (yarn under and only the back loops) and Slipstitch (Hook C2 = 2.5 mm hook)
English: Double Crochet (yarn under and only the back loops) and Slipstitch (Hook 12 = 2.5 mm hook)
Dutch: Vaste and Halve Vaste (Hook 2,5 mm)
Used yarn: sport / 4 ply
You need:
- 180 grams dark blue cotton yarn (= 450 meters/492 yds)
- 80 grams white cotton yarn (=200 meters/218 yds)
- Stuffing (fiberfill) for the pillow
